sorry 4 being such a noob but i cant find battlefield 2142 server folder.ie.unzip both the "FirstStrike" and "FSServerLauncher"  folders into your /battlefield 2142 server/mods/ folder.i have the deluxe edition and it only has battlefield 2142 /mods/ folder.when i run the launcher in the battlefield 2142 /mods/ folder it comes up with
c:/program files/electronic arts/battlefield 2142 deluxe edition

any ideas anyone,please help!
