Topic: will first strike 1.2 work with bf2142 1.5?

just wondering.
last night i was playing an awesome game with 20 people (the most ever i have seen on a fs server).
i get allot of lag on fs servers, my ping is around 165. is this do to euro servers? on bf2142 my ping is around 45 on average playing on a 64 slot titan server.

And then, if you've taken enough DMT (and it has to do entirely with physical capacity: Did you take, did you cross the threshold?) something happens [clap] which... for which there are no words. A membrane is rent, and you are propelled into this 'place'. And language cannot describe it - accurately

uhh 1.2 isn't out yet and neither is 2142 patch 1.5

If you experience lag, shut off unnecessary applications with a program like End it All, and make sure your graphic settings aren't too high (Textures and Terrain can always be on High, however, as they have a great visual impact but next to no effect on performance). Also, if you play on overseas servers, you should expect to experience a higher ping than on servers closer to home.

As for a 1.5 patch, as Ty says, the devs will deal with it.

Well, i play overseas too, my ping is 300+ but it hardly affects my gameplay, i only get screwed at 400+ ping (and often kicked)

good question, imo devs should get ready for a mini patch to make compatibility with 1.5, provided FS 1.2 comes 1st

BF2142 1.5 is quite a way off yet. First Strike 1.2? Perhaps a little closer.
