and also do i have to downgrade 2142 patch to play it and can i still play reg 2142

Just download the 1.1 full version and make sure you have BF2142's 1.4 patch installed.. And yes if you have 1.4 you will be able to play both since they both require that version of BF2142. No downgrading required.
