Topic: Mouse Not Working in Deployment Section In Multiplayer

hey guys, i just downloaded the first strike app, eveything works fine up untill the deployment in muliplayer and the mouse cursor dosent seem to appear on the screen. in other screens etc it does, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Sounds to be like the BF2142 key bug.

There is a known problem with BF2142 where for some odd reason all key config is deleted. Once you reach the deployment scren you are unable to see/move the mouse or even press any of the keys.

Restart the game and go in to your key configuration setting, Click "Set to Defult" or some thing along those lines.. This should fix the problem.

Regulary making a safety copy from your "My Documents\BF 2142" folder is a good idea wink

Losing the complet Config can happen if your PC Shuts Down while connecting to the server.
(Happens to me one time. Thanks to ATIs 7.11 driver who was causing a bluescreen. No bluescreens since 3.8 )
