Topic: hi im new.

hi,

just saying hi, im new after watching alot of youtube videos of fs, i finally decided to download it as it looked sweeet. But I as little dissapointed to find that there were no servers listed in my server browser on bf2142 for FS. I have installed FS up to version 1.1 so i should be fine. I don't know if this has anything to do with but I have BF2142 patch 1.4 and during installation it said 1.25 is required so i'm not so sure about that.

But anyway looks pretty sic, so keep up the good work.

Hi and welcome to the best mod community you will ever see.

Go to advanced tab in multiplayer and uncheck everythin except This mod and -version only. There isnt possibly many players online atm, but there will be around usually around 19 GMT

Hi there Martini101, Irichanu is correct, do as he says and you should be able to check out a list of servers running First Strike. For any other questions you have check out this thread which features links to the FS Manual as well as a FAQ thread.

hi thanks for the welcome, not so sure how i'll play the mod alot though since my timezone is  +8 GMT so 19 GMT is about 3 in the morning for me, so i'll prob have to stay up late, well i'll get around it somehow.

If you have a Xfire account, join in First Strike Community Group, and ask me, Seraph or someone else to play sometime. We are always willing to play FS =P.

i adde the FSCG to my xfire, and also after unchecking everything except same mod and version only, one server appeared something like US Test server. Is that the only server running or am i doing something wrong?
