Unless you have a decent virus scanner (NOT Norton, NOT McAfee), I wouldn't recommend turning UAC off.

Otherwise, you become about as secure as an XP computer (which isn't)

Solution to that is to just "Run as Admin" or get the EADM version...either way, it works...

yea but running 1 program as admin most of the times mean you have to give a helll lot more programs that right.
and UAC off is fine as long as you dont got to and 16+ (or 18+ or 21+ depending on where you life) sites, open weird mail or just download any file without checking first. 24kb mp3 file yea right

But i just moved fs to a comp with vista and it says thiers no disc in the drive
