Who designed them? Can they be modified?

Which ones? The graphic ones or the stat ones? The stat ones is just a code embed in sig, pics etc tend to be made individually I think.

Add this to your sig:

But obviously replace JE_Twigs with your in game player name, and then lace it between the usual [img] tag boxes. Hope that helps smile

Imperial made them, as far as I know they can't be easily modified unless you talk with Imperial :]

Right now they're not easily modified, no.  Talk to me on XFire though and if what you want isn't too complex it may be do-able.
