When I click alt + Tab I get back to Destkop, then the Error Message comes again.

What you need to do, as far as I'm aware, is just place that movies folder in your mods/FirstStrike/ folder.

Basically, you must be able to ALT+Tab out of your game, if you can't do this, you can't play it.  I'm sorry about the problems, but you'll need to give any further complaint to NVidia for their poor vista support.
