Topic: Voice Effects

Anyone that can tell me how to do voice effects?  Such as stormtrooper voice effect.  Either voice effects or a good text-to-speech program (With stormtrooper maybe?).  I would like to use a voice other than my own for my tutorials, as mine is not that great for narrating.

take a shortwave ham radio , set the band to 40 meters , single sideband transmission , SSB reception tuned slightly off frequency ... and then youll sound like they did in star wars over the radio. 

No theres some funky programs like ,screaming bee, that would do the trick .
