Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

Sorry, I don't have windows server OSs.

If I have some time, I will try on Win XP 32bit.
But whats wierd is that without PB, FS mod works fine. Also, PB works fine with BF2142.
I'm very interested in how [TLB]G.Strongbad fixed this problem. They seem to have solved the problem.

Still desperatly waiting for suggestions.

thanks.

Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

I believe the 1.25 server files fixed the problem, i'm not sure though.

Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

Yeah I have already installed the 1.25mod but no progress:(

Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

The only thing that works with PB in FS serves is ranking mode.

I have seen rank mode works in python language and when round ends, rank program wrote in python generates some logs with data ranking.

If you disconnected PB, rank is off and python programs are not executed.

Mmmm  any problem between Fedora and  FS python programs ??

Try to test FS server on windows OS.

Regards.

Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

Got some errors on "fs-errors.log"

This is when i rotated the map when no players are logged in, by using admin.runlevel command.

[####@ClanPunisherServer firststrike]# tail -f fs-errors.log

somebody got any clues?

Re: Server Crashes on Map Change

Problem solved!!!!

I do not know why, but when i checked just know, it all worked fine.
Looks like the problem solved when the ranking system was back online.
Thanks to all of those who helped me.
