I generally like the music of the great composers Tchaikovsky, Beethoven etc.  but I also really like the Trans Siberian Orchestra for their Christmas productions. Wizards in Winter rocks! smile

Re: Whats your favourite band, singer or song?

The Killers? U2? Oasis? Urgh. How can you listen to that tripe tongue

J/K. Everyone has their own musical tastes. Just because I scream loudly and angrily whenever a song from any of those bands come on, doesn't mean someone else can't like them.

I pretty much like most music pre-1987. Coincidentally, that's the year I was born. In the UK that was about the start of boy bands and europop crap like that. Don't get me started on Urban RnB. I know this is about bands, but I have to mention awesome genres. Rousing orchestral pieces are still great, Swing and Big band music is awesome, Jazz and Blues is music of the soul, Rock ROCKS!, Metal is METAL!, and Motown can be pretty damn good as well.

Also, Vidjo Mogame music is always good. My current favourite VG Soundtrack is Mega Man II on the NES, but others are Eternal Sonata, Phoenix Wright, Sonic 1/2/CD (EU/JP version)/3&K/Adventure 2, Super Mario Bros/Bros 3/World/64/Sunshine/Galaxy, Portal, and a special mention to the most hardcore rocking VG soundtrack EVER, and my personal all-time favourite, F-Zero X.

Recently, I've been listening to a lot of Power Metal, i.e., Helloween, Edguy, Gamma Ray, and (sort of) Iron Maiden. And other 80s heavy/hair metal, Dio, Whitesnake, etc.

Also, DragonForce is awesomely awesome beans. That is all.
