Dnamro,

I know the plan is to integrate FS singleplayer into the mod fully at some point, but have you made any headway into getting a standalone 1.2 version ready? I have a really bad internet connection atm, and it's nearly impossible for me to play FS for at least another month untill I can pay my bills. FS singleplayer would be really great to see for 1.2 and its combined arms maps.

I am creating a new build for the FS_SP mod tonight.   SP support for Yavin and Endor Clearing are ready.   It also includes conversion and sp support for the new 1.5 map, Operation Shingle.  There are also new custom textures to give the maps a First Strike atmosphere thanks to Languere

Did the new mini mod support COOP, and can you launch a stand alone server of it ?
I visit regulary LAN-Partys, and would like to run a FirstStrike Singleplayer Server on the Partys to promote the mod.

(AiX shows how COOP rocks with the Battlefield tools like Squads and Commander.)

Yes FS_SP works fine over LAN parties, or virtual Hamachi LAN parties, I have hosted them numerous times, they are a blast. If you ever want to get in on one, add me to xfire: ty2d2

Maybe we can include you in the next ASF get together, which we have been regularly organizing as of late with up to 8 people plus the bots. big_smile

Need to have the 1.5 patch for BF2142 to play Operation Shingle.
Need to have the 1.4 patch for BF2142 to play Highway Tampa

What's New:
- Includes custom textures and Blood effects
- SP/coop support for Yavin, Endor Clearing
- SP/coop support and conversion for Operation Shingle and Highway Tampa
- BF2142 conversion maps updated to replace BF2142 AV and AA Turrets with probedroids and Hoth turrets.
- Space Maps now have space kits in the mini-mod.  To allow space kits in sp/coop the same space kit is offered in all slots instead of just one.
