tbh I don't think a ping of 250-400 can really effect modern day servers. Unless theres like 3 people with bad pings.

I know where Council, Idaho is!  By the way herb, I'll be in Boise on the 16th to pick up my new car.  Not quite Council, but Idaho nonetheless.
