You mean the moisture farm?  No, I found it in the place indicated in this thread, at the other end of the map. But once you blast through the hatch it re-seals itself, and I can't get back out.  Unless I'm being a bit thick and missing something really obvious!

what ? The hatch ? Whitch hatch ? I've found it at the end of the map, and there is no "hatch"

I really don't know how else to describe it, since it isn't a door.  The thing you have to crawl through to get into the building which contains the kit.
