I think Billy realized now that you can't recap the lower CPs

Or they could just be thinking its like how it was in the previous version, not knowing that a undocumented (or very slightly documented change) made the lower points not un-capable.

The Map does not say anything about the botom points not being capable by the Imperials, and why should someone re-read the intro loading text if they already read it before?

And if that point is uncapable by imperials why would it be nutral to begin with?   What point does that have?   Why not just move the map up a point (drop the current initial rebel spawn) and move it up to the one that now starts out nutral.

Re: Acting like a jerk

uncappable points that are neutral usually provide a goal for at least one team to acheive, otherwise they would spawn more forward. It sets the flow of the map in start. If the rebels already were granted that point , what incentive would they have to enter the city at the edge ?
we know they arent paratrooping in.

That's funny MrMonkey, you must be one of those people who don't read or look at the minimap ever?

Because there are 2 blue brackets AND IT CLEARLY STATES that imperials cannot capture lower CPs, as well as where the bleed is tied.

Just hoping that as we generally don't have enough active players to fill even a single server (other than roque tribe at 24 slots)- hoping that there isn't a whole lot of ranting going on towards the new players. Newbies logging on and getting screamed at isn't gonna help the population grow.
