-{RT}- Server will be passworded if you request so. Two problems tho. 1:
The server won't switch teams from Rebel to Imperial at the end of each round (its a linux server and no ones figured out how to do it yet)
2: If it's passworded how do we let everyone know the password, the FS forum PM system seems to be screwed, It is for me anyway
Note 1 can be overcome if we switch auto balance off and allow the players to switch by them selves

Yup its screwed for me too. simplest thing is to post Password on this thread- and use the same one across all servers that day. Anyone who is following the thread will know whats going on and won't jump in the wrong one.

Don't worry, the server will be locked down.  How about comms? How are we going to meet up to arrange matches?  We have a Ventrillo server that we may be able to use for the event.  XFire is also useful for arranging things.
