You guys shouldn't bother arguing his points, because that's exactly what he wants.  By fighting him you give him attention and give his actions some validation.   Sinking to his sad little level really isn't worth the time or effort, as he has now demonstrated for quite a while that his opinion isn't of any value, nor is he decent enough to show the respect owed to others that he somehow thinks he deserves himself.

If he feels so strongly that he is right and we're wrong then he's more than welcome to build his own mod to show everyone "how it's supposed to be done."  Just because he said we had to change things doesn't mean we do or will.  The real difference between him and us is we have completed a lot of very good work, and all he's done is sat in a corner whining.  If you lot think you need to win him over then feel free to keep giving him what he wants: attention.  If (like me) you don't find his comments or actions helpful to the community then just stop giving him the time of day.

When he builds his own work then he can set the rules however he likes.  Until then he just has to learn that he's a visitor here, not someone of any power or authority.  His opinion is just that, an opinion.  There are no rights, only priviledge.  We're more than happy to share our work with everyone and gain feedback from it.  But because we're the ones building it we're the ones who get to choose which views are valid and which aren't.  We're also the ones who have the skill, knowledge, and eventual responsibility to sort through all the ideas and put them into form here.  Whether he agrees with us or not it's our call, not his.  He either has to accept that or not play the mod.

That's the lesson he really needs to learn.  This is not a matter of whether something is fair or not.  But because we were not interested in treating him as if he was in charge and his views were more important than our own, especially considering the fact he has done nothing to benefit this mod before or after release, he threw a tantrum and continues to do so.  If you're going to act like a child then we will treat you like a child, end of story.

When you get a paper back in English or a test back Math class, how much is in red ink and how much is in green?  Typicaly the Red will out number the green by atleast 80% (proportionate to the grade of said document of course but in general).  Things that are found wrong or that could be done better are pointed out alot more then the things that are done right (unless they are exeptional, which is why I point out how much I like Infanty Combat).

Also saying "Ok, this time try looking at the ball" or "Keep your eye on the ball!" or if they get something right "Good, now don't get cocky kid"   You compliment your son even if he fails because you do not want him to get discuraged because, as a child, this can easly happen.  As you grow up you typicaly get less and less encuragement when you fail.  I like to think of the Devs as adults, not kids... typicaly :-P

I do feel some contempt toward some members of the Dev team for the actions they did or initiated against me.  Kinda hard to keep that out entierly, but I do actualy keep most of it out of my posts .
I would like you to point out the posts that are not about the Bann/Wipe that are pure criticism with out any mention on how (atleast I feel) it could be improved.   Thought I had been doing decently well on that stand

I have seen many number of posts that mention any possible short coming with the mod Imediatly jumped on by atleast 3-5 people saying nothing is wrong at all with the mod and that its perfict.....

The only time I have not fully accepted engine restrictions is in the boardable capital ships.   This is because Titans can move with people walking around in the front section and some down below, with little to no lag (that I have experianced).  I would think if the winding corodores and vehicles in them were removed it would be very playable.

Im sure with just a few minutes of practive you could beat Fatal1ty at any of the games he plays.   Diference being, he trains for 8 or so hours a day.  Note, not Plays, but Trains.  Both Physical and mental training along with watching matches he has played in the past to improve his performace.

I bet you, if those Olympians who win were given nothing but a pat on the back, or some pixles, they would feel just as good about them selves than if they were given the medal.   Being rewards for being good at something is the same no matter the venue.   For anyone to then take that away, for no reason, is also the same.

I have never stated I disrespect any of the team nor have I trivialized anything yall have done.  I have great respect for the mod yall have made and know that it is way past my level of programing or anything.  I am purly a designer pritty much, Ideas and thats it.  Its what I do as a job and what I do for fun.

I have only "Whinned" about the bann/wipe.  If by that you mean Enquire why it happened and imply that I feel slighted...

And yes Woodrow, your exmaples have said that you do like Feedback, but not to give to much Negative feedback or else you will punish those who are giving it....

Getting back up to the top 10 with a 3000-4000 point penalty on me and no garontee of it not happening again seems a bit tiresome and Un-Fun.

Oh and I know that im still banned since I can't acces the site at all (w/o some sort of proxy) from home.
