Well sense they are refuseing to fix their mod to work on Vista and NVIDIA GFX cards most users gave up on this mod all togather. I too have uninstalled it from my HDD and disided to move on to other mods that work. IE not that there are any other good BF2142 mods out there ATM.
But for now at least untill the developers get off their high chairs that the same BF2 HF2 developers have about Vista and start supporting it correctly then most gamers will just move on to other things or stick with official stuff.
BTW: The whole Vista sucks thing is null and void now thanks to the SP1 update that fixed, and removed most of the DRM that caused so many issues with older games, and programs. On top of that the SP1 added features to support older games and fix em to work on vista, the mere fact modders are ignoreing this set up for PCs and not keeping up with the times shows that they are killing them selfs.
In a poll done and ended just a few months ago on slashdot.com they found that over 80% of PC users now use and like Vista. So to not support it is insane and most gamers are looking for products that support Vista, and keeping an eye on those that don't.
