Topic: Republic Commandos

I've never been a big fan of the non-film star wars fiction, but I really liked the Republic Commando game and eventually got around to reading the books.  Great reads, I'd recommend them to anyone who played RC or just likes the clones in general.  Can't wait for the next one to come out, with the ominous "code 66" moniker.  Should be a great story.

I wish Lucas would make a adult movie about how grosesome the clone wars really where, not a childish cartoon clone wars movie.

I enjoyed the RC novels too.  I'm looking forward to the last oen coming out.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

I think that will be the movie where everyone goes and sees it and walks out thinking, "Well, it looks like George Lucas finally snapped." sad

The Thrawn Trilogy is supposed to be really good.  That's what I'm going to start next.

The Republic Commando novels are a good introduction to the SW Expanded Universe though, so I reccomend those ones.
