What if you just make something similer to a jetpack and have it act like a parashoot. The thing would be a jetpack but...it would mostly just slow your fall to a safe speed.

Man that would be cool, a squad of troopers jetpacking to the ground from a shuttle.  It might finally even make the shuttle useful! wink

Perhaps a map with Darktroopers with jetpacks vs Bounty Hunters with jetpacks! Drooool! tongue

Such a map would have to be indoors though, in order to prevent people from flying off to who-knows-where. Maybe a large interior space. Like a Warehouse or something.

I allready brought up a thread about dark troopers and they are apparently impossible to make in the 2142 engine.
