Topic: Please anyone help me!!!

I can't get anything on First Strike to work.  I can't connect to any online games at all.  I try playing singleplayer but it just blacks out on me.  I really want to play First Strike but with these problems i can't could some one just please help me?

Have you tried sacrificing a chicken yet?  (nevermind)

what version of 2142 are you running? 1.5 working?
if so, then run FS and be sure to click the "first strike servers" Tab in "multiplayer"
If you see servers, what color are they?
If you dont see servers or only a couple , turn off your filters to reveal all FS servers.

I tried that and it worked but... when i clicked on a server it gave me a link bringing me to bfeditor it didn't make sense.

Hmm, are you sure that you have the latest FS patch?
