I'll buy a MSG5 on one condition.
That they make it an actual ******* stealth game. Sorry, but I'm going to rant a little here.
There's no reason why a stealth game should give you control of a guy with a million hit points, have him face enemies who die exceptionally easily, and then give him access to literally half a hundred weapons, from pistols to AK-47s to rail guns to freaking javelins. I've never seen a conventional combat game do this, and... a stealth game? Handing me a ****** AK-47 and javelin and expect me to sneak about is like releasing Gran Turismo 10 000 and say that I can drive at any speed I want, finish in any position I want, and still win.
I can understand the "we need to cater to the run-and-gun CS tards who can't play a game without killing something every five seconds" argument, except... I can't. MGS is a classic, and people are going to buy it in droves no matter what you do to it.
A stealth game is supposed to be about stealth. Introducing 50+ weapons and a system that gives you access to them on demand is as ridiculous as adding an option to sit down around a table and have peaceful negotiations for a round in freaking First Strike.
Rant over.
I dont see how there can be another mgs
Now let's see, make a sequel and get even more millions out of the tired old cash cow or come up with something new? Hmm, decisions, decisions...
