Topic: Help: TEXT_Custommap error with 1.3 FS update using 1.5 BF

I have looked through the past five pages of Client Support and found subjects that are similar, but the error messages are different from my issue. I am sorry for having to post this, but I'm at my wits end.

Below is the error message I get when trying to join every possible server I've attempted, "TEXT_custommap". Note that when the "Same Mod" box is checked, that entire list of servers disappears suggesting that I am not using the most recent version of FS. I have a legally registered version of BF that is updated to 1.50. I have installed FS 1.3 with the all in one installer and attempted a gradual upgrade from 1.2, 1.25, to 1.3 just in case. All have resulted in the same error message, and I have attempted server checks with each version as I upgraded to 1.3.

I have successfully checked the maps buy hosting a very lonely "local" run of the game, the maps work on my computer.

If anyone can help me with my problem it would be most appreciated.

Check "Same Mod"
Uncheck "Must Be Unchecked"

uncheck "Populated" aswell. Just so it doesnt look like there are no servers running tongue

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

I assume you tried to press the "Button Maplink" and the game didnt load, right?  Just checking

I managed to figure it out, thank you very much for your assistance. I was not aware that the FS servers were just a few among that entire list and that BF is also included in the server list.
