Topic: Launch Failed?

Hi guys I'm kinder new to this so bare with me so I downloaded FS and clicked the launcher. When it checks for up dates it doesn't even load then it goes off and says Launch failed? Can anybody please help me?

I have another problem mate. It won't start...It loads up then crashes and says Windows has a problem etc...Uhm yeah might need help now lol write back!

I used to have this problem. First make sure you have everything updated to 1.4 ( there is a bug that tells you its 1.2, ignore that). First off, go to \Documents\Battlefield 2142\mods\First Strike and delete the folder called cache . If that doesn't work tell me. its been a while since i have had the problem.

Alright then bud cheers. I'm downloading 1.4 now but couldn't find cache. I hope it works when it's all finished downloading.. (3610346/356376789) eh going to be here all night I supose lol. Anyway cheers lad I'll get back to you ASAP.
