Topic: classes.

Thiss is my suggestion.

If you are really good at programming try this:

1.To bring a Jedi class in rotation were you can either be the sith(darth vader.Darth Sidius. and Darth Maul) or the Jedi (Master Ben Kenobi[Obi Wan Kenobi].Master Yoda and Luke Skywalker) when you be commander which will count as an extra class. which will be blacked out (it will be grey instead of white and unclickable)

2. A Bounty hunter. Whether a good guy with jetpack (Luke Skywalker and/or Han Solo ) Dressed as a stormtrooper with a jetpack without helmets (Lukes and/or Han Solo's Faces). Or the Actual bounty hunters who are bad.(Boba Fett  or Black stormtroopers with jetpacks)Only available to squad leaders and the squad leaders chosen one. Maybe  where you invite people, theres a "Kick" and "invite" just maybe you can create "Chosen One" where the squad leader can chose only 1 chosen one. yet again blacked/greyed out to non squad leaders or chosen ones.

3.Droid class. Both can supply and heal teammates available to 2 units per team. LOW HEALTH. Sub machine guns, Pistols and grenades. the Trade federation Droids for the gallactic.And something like a droideka for the rebels. Gallactic droids bonus can be the prone/ crouch gives them a sligt transparent view (camoflauge) and for the rebels when  the droideka sprints it goes into its rolling form and rolls. With an extra speed addition rather than the other units,Droideka's machine gns fire more rapid and less accurate. Droideka has 70 Health  Trade Federation droid has 55.

                                              Maybe you can bring this in the future version.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll try to address all your requests here.

1) We are not going to be bringing Jedi into this mod, for various reasons that have been stated numerous times before (check out the many other threads on the forums requesting we add Jedi), this mod is about the faceless grunts on the front lines and in the trenches of the Star Wars universe, not the heroes such as Luke, Han & Leia.

2) We already have a Bounty Hunter pick-up kit which can be found on a certain map with a jetpack and different weapons to the other classes. We won't be including characters using the likenesses of Han Solo or Luke Skywalker for the reasons stated above, also legally we are not allowed to use these hero characters as stipulated in parameters released by Lucasfilm regarding non profit fan made Star Wars products.

3) You can already play as certain droids, namely the Imperial Probe Droid that you control like a mini vehicle, other droids are utilised as gadgets that classes can deploy. We don't really have much more need for the droids other than for that sort of functionality as they were not really such prominant combatants in this era. Using combat droids from the prequel era just for the sake of it would not really fit in with the style of game we are producing here. Maybe in the future we'll introduce combat droids from this era such as IG-88 or 4-LOM, but not for a while.

nekosaur or Talon. may i just ask. where is that Imperial Probe Droid or the bounty hunter pick up kit?
and are there any servers in particolour that are popular?

The pick up kit was hidden on the 64 player Bestine, but I think it may have been removed due to griefing with this powerful kit.

As for the Imperial Probe Droid look out for a small building in the Imperial installations with an antenna on top and a forcefield window on one side and a small entrance way and door on the other, when you walk up to the door press your enter vehicle button and you'll be transported into the droid (or supposedly you'll enter the building and using a control console take remote control of the droid), and then you just have to lauch from the Droid Control Building and you're off.

Popular servers include the offical First Strike Server and Rogue Tribe and DS servers which tend to get filled up pretty quick on busy nights, there are a few other new servers starting to become popular, and I'm sure with the release of 1.4 you'll start to see even more new servers starting to pop up.

i hope the kit isnt removed. its part of the game. any one who cries about is too weak and cant control the kit or kill the kit. or is either a total nub.
