Topic: [Latest Version] FS won't let me join any server.

When I launch First Strike through the launcher and try to join a server after loading up the map, it gives me this message "This server only allows players with unmodified content to join. Make sure to launch First Strike with the provided launcher to avoid this message" and sends me back to the main menu. I don't understand, I have installed the following in this order:

- BF2142
- Patch 1.50
- FS 1.3
- Updated through FS launcher

I have no other mods for 2142 as I only installed it about 5 days ago when I remembered about this mod smile. I have reinstalled twice and still nothing, please help, thank you.

There might have been a problem with the incremental update through the launcher. Try downloading the 1.4 full install.

I'm having the same problem - even after upgrading to 1.4 with the launcher.

Windows Vista 64
BF2142 v1.50
FS Mod 1.04

Try using the 1.4 Full installer. Then patching with the Launcher

That's exactly what I did.

I've uninstalled 1.3
re-installed with 1.4 full
launched with launcher, and patched

updated PB with PBSEtup.

I still have the same problem

Vanilla works fine.

Which server are you trying to connect to? It might be that the server is not updated with the latest version. If you're not already, try connecting to the DSGaming server.

It's Working now - not sure why, I didn't change anything.
