Re: 1.4 issues

I have a problem loading Null Sensor Station 50% of the time.  It's that PunkbusterB heartbeats BS.  But it's only with that map.  The 64 player version is worse, at times it just crashes to my desktop when trying to load that.  Thankfully the smaller map is in the rotation on the DS server which most people seem to be playing on most of the time.  Anyone else have this issue or any ideas on how to fix it?

Re: 1.4 issues

Its odd that PB fails on a specific map, never heard of that problem before.  It *could* be a broken install, if you used 1.4 full just delete your First Strike folder in bf2142/mods and reinstall again.  That seems to fix the majority of problems that people have.

Re: 1.4 issues

Yeah, I guess I'll have to do that.  Crazy, I'm one of those people that have never had to reinstall before.  I hate punkbuster.  People still use hacks like aimbot and all punkbuster 'seems' to do is kick for idle and kick because of it's own buggy coding.   smile and sad

He is on his way or has hust reached Home.  Give him a few days to settle down and I'm sure he'll be straight back to work tongue
