Most memorable rounds have to be the second round of Taloraan and the Bestine rounds.
In the second round of Taloraan, I spawned in a Lancer but realized that there was an unmanned freighter just sitting there, so I left my gunner position and grabbed her instead, for then to catch up with the other freighter and the Lancer. We told people to form up "right off the bat", but only some of us did, and our fleet was destroyed relatively quickly. With only one ship left and the enemy retaining two thirds of its fleet, which it appeared from the minimap that they were trying to form up into one big force, we were sure the battle was lost, but we rallied our fighters around our last remaining ship, a Carrack that would been left in our staging area and braced for battle regardless. Miraculously, we managed to hold off the enemy fighters as the enemy ships, getting overconfident after destroying all but one of our fleet ships threw themselves at the Carrack one by one and were struck down by her proton torpedo barrages and the swarm of TIEs surrounding her.
Bestine led to some intense fights over the City Steppes CP. The Rebs took the CP all right, but were unable to advance much further and I don't know if the next CP fell even once. Both the Imps and Rebs employed nice teamwork and fought with determination, but in the end the Imperials prevailed, or at least managed to keep the Rebs out of their last three CP's. Oh, and if anyone felt annoyed by the constant rain of PMG bolts, that was me (who else?)

FS is on its way back up, with old players returning and lots of new faces, and it's great to see
