I set this up last night and it worked fine.   Once you've identified the firststrike.exe you need to click on AntiAliasing Setting and a drop down box appears, then select 4x manually.


Check the screen grab for info.

Yeah I've done all that... its just not working in game.  For the record vanilla BF2142 is the same... maybe I need to update to control panel?  Been looking round the net but can't find any updates for it though.

You could try the nHancer...
It offers a lot more options than the nVidia control panel.
