I dumped it and deleted the folder from 2142 mods folder. Ran the .exe in admin mode, both checked in compability and selected with right click. Installed 1.4 Full as before, updated via launcher, updated PB for FS folder under program files, and in 2142 mod folder. Restarted, and made sure the shortcut for the launcher was checked for admin mode. Same problem occured, map loads, background good, can hear the kit selections as my I move my mouse randomly over the screen. Can hear players in Tie Fighters screaming by, yet no spawn or kit selection screen is visible.  I even updated my video drivers in between dump and reinstall.

If you and Gwyner don't mind where did you download it from. I am starting to wonder if I have a bad download of the .exe file. I have tried to reinstall 4 times now, and it never works out. Thanks for all the input everyone, I am sure that an answer will reveal itself.
