I've been playing FS since just about day 1, but I haven't logged on or even had it installed on my system in many months.

The breaking of vanilla's shaders is what did it for me as I like to have 2142 as an option to play when there are no FS servers available.

If this issue could be ironed out once and for all I would re-install FS and try to be more active in servers.

Also, I've found that the bigger maps are not so much fun to play with a small handful of people logged on, but smaller infantry oriented maps can be fun with 6-8 people. It would be cool if servers could somehow skip these larger maps until, say, more than 8-10 people were logged on.
