Yeah, I'll possibly update the I-CW rules for future events to say a mic is required for SL - it's a very important position in this kind of game. Also, I've discovered a way to increase the start delay time to longer than the maximum time allowed, and also a way to restart the map, with no re-loading, which DOESN'T re-randomise the teams.
In Future, once everyone is loaded AND in their vent channel, we can restart the round and then we've got plenty time to prepare
