The TIE Advanced also has shields so it'll be a lot tougher than a standard TIE. We were going to add this to Yavin in the fashion mentioned above, but it was felt that to add this without the Falcon for the Rebels would unbalance the map, so the sooner we get the Falcon spaceworthy? The sooner we'll see both of these bad boys in action. Can't wait myself.

I'd see the Falcon as a similar animal to how the Gallofree currently operates in space maps, but with the speed and manoeuvrability of a starfighter. Perhaps a co-pilot could operate shields (front and aft as opposed to top and bottom as on the Gallofree), and the pilot could have control of Concussion Missiles, though I'd see these as a dumb fire high yield ordnance as seen in the movies rather than the X-Wing game style homing Concussion Missiles currently used by the A-Wing and TIE Defenders. You'll just have to wait and see how we handle this most iconic of Star Wars ships.

We could always make it a unique vehicle tied to specific players. If the devs get lightsabres and Gwynzer gets the unitaun, Twigs should get the X-1. But only if I get the Mirror's Edge-themed Mortar Freerunner .

As for the Falcon, just have the pilot control the craft as well as operating missiles and shields, while two gunners take the reins of the quad guns .
