Excessive teamkill will result in a kick. Teabagging is up to the players involved. More than two crouches is considered rape and is punishable by death in the pit of carkoon.

I think we're going to need some sort of dictionary for this, as well as consult state laws, national laws, and the laws of nature. hmm

This really doesnt need to be this complicated. Its quite simple really: There's a new server, come and have a play on it, if you dont like the way its run then go and play on one of the other servers. As a certain meer cat would say "simpalz"

Its a server, you either like its settings or you don't, if you don't; play on another server its no more complicated than that. Sever settings, maplist,  ect. are currently under discussion and when a decision is made on them it will be posted.

It's a CG, the official events will be organised there.  There are so many things in FS which some people consider glitching/bugabusing and other people don't.  It's important to define which of these things are allowed and not allowed to stop arguments developing AFTER rules have been enforced.  I know that BI wouldn't looked upon fondly if we decided we didn't like how the games were ran, and the following week we went and populated our own server (There is Irony in that statement, I am aware of it tongue).  People don't like how BI runs the current games, but they still join because they want to play with more people. In short: Being a server where the official events are hosted, it is VERY important that there is a clear rulelist lay out to stop any arguments about what is and isn't allowed later on.

I was at a wedding a while back, where the guy that had done all the organising looked like a meerkat.  The image was enhanced further by the fact he seemed to keep appearing from no where, like a meerkat standing up straight.  We used to keep chanting "Compaaaare the Meerkat, dot COM" to him, much lulz.  It was also the wedding where I first found my love of Haggis. True Story.

Anyway, I think general consensus is don't cap from roofs unless there's a way to get up without speederbikes. Convenient ladders and stepped piles of boxes invite and encourage people to explore the tops of buildings, and can be used by both sides regardless of vehicles available to them.
The problem occurs when there's no way to get at someone capping your point.
Also the devs have stated that we shouldn't cap from the roof on slave quarters.
