It would be a shame to put restrictions on what Star Wars stuff the team uses; I'd say if it's cool and fits in then include it. 'Canon' planets are all well and good but after a while people will want something new. Mon Calamari, for example would be a very interesting map...

Guys, don't worry, we are not limiting the maps to only those seen in the movie, starwarsfan made a mistake in his post. For now, the timeframe (italics on timeframe) will be between Episode 4 to 6, and may eventually expand to the prequel trilogy. However, this does not mean that we cannot include planets never seen before in the movies. In fact, one of our goals when creating maps is to have a mix of maps from the movies and from the EU. So may your fears be assuaged
