The First Strike Wiki is also a good place to get an overview of these clans, there is a clan section with an introduction to most of the clans mentioned above, these will give you a good idea of the type of people who are members and which is a good fit for you, but of course nothing works better than jumping in game and on Vent to see who you like the idea of playing the mod with.

I know exactly what your looking for. Look at this old recruitment post. From the beginning you can see a difference with this group. Click on the picture in the link.

Imperial Stormtrooper Corps [STC]

The group is based on a realistic structure in the sense of a Star Wars universe. The name is what the Stormtroopers are apart of in the movies, uses the ranking system from the lore with avatars using the pips, and has political figures on the forums to provide guidance.

This was my group for Star Wars: Battlefront II. I was able to get one active member, and two or three others for it but it was a lot of hard work just drilling with one stormtrooper under my command and getting active players.

Cheating was a big problem too and once that was realized, the group (or rather the recruitment for this empty group) was disbanded. It is exactly what your looking for. However, it is not active for this game.

I recently got this mod as well and will be looking into it. Perhaps I will be a permanent member of this game.

Well, good luck with finding someone for your clan! Maybe if you do interesting stuff and you are ingame often enough you'll have a better chance.
