Don't bother with the CPU cooler, the AMD provided one is fine. If you plan on overclocking, then good luck to you. Although AMD black editions do give some headroom, overlocking these days needs a lot of expertise. I personally wouldn't spend that much on new kit to screw it up without knowing what I'm doing.
Stock speeds are fast enough for your uses Ty. Save the cash from the planned cooler and put it towards some graphics.
