Topic: Speader Bikes faster

I played Galactic Conquest first. In this Mod for BF2142 the speader bikes are very fast. In contrast now in First Strike they are very slow, what do you think about making them a bit faster?

yea but faster speeder bikes will make you go boom (crash into a tree )

We need to have a faster variant of Speeders definately.

AS they are now on some maps, they are fine (EST), however on other maps (Rhen Var Ice Plains) which also have tanks, the tanks move about the same speed as them.  The tanks don't need slowed down, they feel just right, it seems the speeders just go to slow.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

Sometimes definitly but it is much more fun also.

I think that would be a good idea because on Endor you are fast enough I think.

problem afaik is that the speed is linked to the flight physics so that faster speed means flight.

dont quote me tho.

It would be cool if boost didnt run out and was a little faster.
that way normal speed is cruising, boost is flat out.

Well, you can make 2 versions of Speeders, instead of just making 1 version of the speeder faster.
