Saturday, at roughly 2000 GMT.  That's 2100 CET and 1500 EST.   People are usually playing at those times on weekdays too, but it's been quiet recently with the release of Bad Company 2, which everyone has been playing.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

5 servers- 1 of them is the testing server that you cannot join.
