Topic: AT-HE: All Terrain Heavy Enforcer (& Star Wars canon)

Well this is new. I myself had never heard of this walker until today, when I stumbled upon this piece of concept art for the six-legged behemoth:

I could hardly find any information on the thing, but as far as I know, it was a concept bit for Episode III. If anyone knows anything else about this crazy war machine, I'd love to know. big_smile

Curses, foiled again!

All I know is that that thing is scarier then the AT AT.

Look at the difference in scale! (There is a destroyed AT-AT to the lower right, but it's body and head remain intact). I wish we has those things. yikes

Wookiepedia says: Crew

Pilot (1)[1]

How can that all be one pilot?

Re: AT-HE: All Terrain Heavy Enforcer (& Star Wars canon)

I don't rate it much myself, just looks like a crappy mish mash of the AT-AT and the AT-TE, plus if it is meant to be yet another step on the evolutionary ladder between these two walkers, why is it even bigger than an AT-AT?

Re: AT-HE: All Terrain Heavy Enforcer (& Star Wars canon)

That's not an AT-HE... I thought that was a piece of Fan Art done for a competition or something.  It certainly isn't concept art for EpIII... There weren't AT-ST's and AT-ATs in the Clone wars.

Re: AT-HE: All Terrain Heavy Enforcer (& Star Wars canon)

Actually, there were. I just know this because there was this big discussion about it once on SWBFfiles. Supposedly, there were "prototype At-At"'s present at "The battle of Jabiim", fighting for the Republic side.
