The torrent is locked, and the password will be announced upon release(I REALLY hope I spelt it right tongue).  This is solely so people can be ready to play as soon as the update is released smile  The file is being seeded by the BI box, theoretically it'll work to your download cap so don't worry about there only being a few seeders right now, as you'll still get high speeds smile
