DICE mentioning PR in BF2 is no issue as PR is pretty much all original content.    First Strike being star wars, there can be a bit of issue with them mentioning us with licensing etc.  I'm sure this was either the issue stated by dice after contacting them, or the reason for never contacting them.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

Yeah, I believe that was the issue, but it is that long ago that we approached them about this I can barely remember.
