GMT is "Regular time".  The Global Trade clock runs off of UTC, which is a GMT offset.  Also known as ZULU time and UTC.  UTC is what every other timezone is based from.  Read this, expand your knowledge.  The article says not to confuse GMT with UTC, however they are linked quite heavily, and it's still an interesting read.

Just a quick reminder to people who might want to attend the Community Games that the time in the UK has changed back to GMT now, (the clocks went back for us last night) which means that from now on the Community Games will be held at 8pm GMT rather than BST.

In the simplest terms this means that the event will now occur an hour later than before. So this translates as 22:00 CET, 15:00 EST, 13:00 PST. Hope that is clear enough, and I look forward to seeing some of you around later tonight. just under 5 hours from now if you require further clarification.
