Topic: Real AT-ST walk

When I say real, I mean the way they walked in the movie, not to replace the current one but you can activate it with shift. Even though most people might like to go fast to get somewhere quickly, some people may just want to reenact the movie for fun cause they want to make it look suspenseful with an AT-ST walking like in the movie. smile

I'll just leave this here

Re: Real AT-ST walk

Well, it's not a bad idea as such, making the walker go a bit slower for then to enable a stronger "boost" that lets it go a bit faster than usual. But I don't really see a need, I feel the at-st speed is perfect at the moment.

Remember, this is just an idea, I didn't say we NEED it but it would be nice. smile

Re: Real AT-ST walk

Well it's already basically perfect. So I'll say it actually wouldn't be nice because it would be inaccurate.

I agree with u guys, At St should be more real, and if u allow me to make another suggestion, i would say make a vulnerable point in AtSt and powerup its lasers. ^^

Look at my previous post.  It shows a side-by-side comparison of the First Strike and Return of the Jedi walker movement.  About the only difference is that the RotJ walks with a "limp" in a few scenes, but that's because it's got a bunch of ewoks hanging onto it like a child holds onto their mothers leg when they're being a pest.  Also, there are Two separate spots in the AT-ST where it has decreased damage resistance, you you can hit either one from anywhere except directly above and infront of the cockpit.  Also, the AT-ST takes out any infantry in one shot with a direct hit, it doesn't need any more power than that.
