Topic: Map crashes when i deploy really freaking anoyying and pissing me off

I recently download this mod i even got this game yesterday for this mod and when i want to play single player it loads all the way they when i hit deploy it crashed to my desktop i checked for a cach file i dont have one i have the battlefeild 2142 Delux edlition 

I have a nvida geforce 6150 SE i know its a bad graphic card but i know i can run it and theres alos another problem there are no servers ! in multiplayer please help me ASAP i want to play this mod so bad

Try leaving it for a few seconds after the "deploy" button appears. I often have a crash to desktop when i hit that button too quickly.

Also can you play regular 2142 with no problems?

I just tried to let it sit i let it sit for 5 minutes hit deply and CRASH

Which SP map crashes? All of them or are you just trying one?

For the multiplayer servers make sure you have the correct settings enabled, only same version and same mod should be selected in the tick boxes along the bottom. Make sure you are in the First Strike server tab.

There was a news post a while back that ran through a lot of problems and gave solutions to them. Check it out, just look in the news section in fact, heres a link:
