Is AA on? might try shutting it off.

Is CTD when pressing the deploy button? If so, try updating PB with their pbsetup program.

Already used pbsetup, pbsvc. it crashes after sometime of playing... Im not gonna play with poor graphics.... in old versions of fs , i could play fine... now i cannot.... well... at least i played for some time

Turn AA off, it's an issue with new Nvidia drivers dropping legacy support.
If you want to play without jaggies, force AA in Nvidia control panel, or use an utility such as Nhancer.
