Ummm folks I really feel cheap to say this but this download just doesn't want to get completed ... I could start it, saw the name/size of the zip, but it has broken off and I can't restart it sad Guess it's the filehost (mediafire) that drops me off couldn't we try another ? Either of megaupload, rapidshare, hotfile, filefactory, depositfiles, filesonic would work fine for me. Thanx again. Btw not sure I can test it in the next few days, the weekend would've been the best for me guess I have to postpone this whole project anyways thanx again for your while Gwynzer and sorry.

It's not the place or the time what's really important in the Universe but the speed ...

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.

If anyone want's to play the singleplayer mod, you will need to install the 1.4 version of First Strike.   I updated the start thread with the instructions.

Gwynzer's files don't work - they are missing a lot of files, mainly the object zip files.   

I have tested running a dual install of First Strike.  I have the old version renamed to First Strike 14.   Then I just set the client and server con files to refer to First Strike 14 for the Single player mod.   I can upload my files if anyone is interested.  This way you can both versions of the mod (1.5 and 1.4) installed at the same time.

FirstStrike eXtended mini mod


FSX is a mini single-player mod to play BF2142 converted maps and custom maps. He's compatible with FirstStrike 1.5 and BF2142 1.51

Talk about coincidence... Haven't talked you in almost a year, and just shot you an email this morning.    Good Job on this.  it's just what we talked about - changing the FS_SP into an extended mod.   I have AI support for Operation Shingle and AI infantry only support for Blue Pearl that just needs to be converted to First Strike, as well as alternate versions the Northern Strike maps, such as a night version of Remagen and Bavaria and a day version of Leipsig -- all by Devilman.

why did you leave out your Cabone maps?
