I seem to be a little bit confused.

The website that we keep being redirected to in order to sign up for the campaign is only half complete, and I don't see any information about First Strike at all.

Where do we go to actually sign up for this?

There are three areas, Campaign Planning with a First Strike campaign subsection, plus two other areas for rebel and imperial teams.

Re: Join Planning for future First Strike Campaign

I don't yet know how "regular" people are meant to sign up and choose what army they want to join.  All I know is how officers work, and AFAIK all officers have been chosen.  I just hope there is some layer of security in that the Generals of each army have to approve applicants before they get as far as viewing forums.  Otherwise I could easily create an alternate account and view all of the other armies things with no effort at all (not that any honourable, good-natured FS player would do such a thing of course tongue).

At the moment closest thing to "Signing up" for an army is posting in a specific thread available on that armies boards.  Considering those boards are private, there isn't really going to be much people fighting if only officers + event organisers can see the threads tongue

Re: Join Planning for future First Strike Campaign

Yeah, there does seem to be a problem in the fact you can only see the First Strike related boards once you've registered on the site. There should perhaps be a preliminary FS Campaign board which you don't have to be registered to see. Just so you can clearly see the FS precence. Maybe this board could even be where new recruits can sign up for either faction. Or at least make their preference known. Also it could do with having a FAQ section to introduce new players to what is basically involved in the campaign. Things just need to be made a bit clearer.

Alright, Buddydog has posted on the Nations in Conflict forums that we only need one more neutral Admin, before he can start the general sign-up thing. That's good news, so if you are available, go contact him.
