Yes, and no.

Longer answer? We won't be seeing this cockpit in the Endor AT-ATs as it isn't a full environment. Being a cockpit view it is designed only to be seen from a specific point of view, so for instance there is no back wall to the room as you never see it from the pilot view.

That said, we also have the crew bay in development (the interior of the main hull), and this may be designed so that it can be used as the interior you see from the passenger seats, but also as an interior you can walk into on a static AT-AT Walker. The current Endor Walker is an older and cruder model than the one being developed for Hoth, so it is quite likely that the current one on Endor will be replaced by this one at some point with an open door and full crew bay interior, the main difference with the interior will be that there will be a closed hatch that would prevent you gaining access to the cockpit area.
