Topic: X-wing vs Tie anyone?

Hi I'm interested in reliving the old days, and was wondering if anyone of you classic star wars fans would like to join me.  Granted even I'm finding it a little difficult to reinstall, (no music yet) and I still have xp.  But If anyone is also successful let me know.

There, fixed my minor problem. I couldn't use my main drive, stupid mac supper slot drive, so I was using a second external. Turns out xvt prefers the drive to be the lowest letter possible.

So if anyone is interested in a game post away.

I've had XvT and XWA working on my computer, which is running Win 7 64 bit. Not easy, and I had to do some research but posted everything here:

As far as online playing gos, I only know of two clubs still playing it online, TRA and TFA. They can be found at www.darkjedi.org

I believe they use some form of matchmaking service called voobly. Just google voobly, then go make an account with it. I couldn't get it working online, kept timing out. With some of these older games there are a lot of issues with setting up port forwarding or setting router to DMZ etc. Someone from the clubs will no doubt be in voobly though and will be able to help you out.

DUKE815: Teamwork's complicated.  I've found that ramming a Lambda with a Y-wing at full boost is most effective.
